jeremy olisar, saxophone/assistant clarinet

Jeremy Olisar graduated in 2007 with a BFA in Clarinet Performance from CMU, where he also pursued minors in Bagpipe and Conducting. As a clarinetist and saxophonist, Jeremy has performed among others with the CMU Philharmonic and the Classical Symphony Orchestra of Chicago.

Currently, in addition to alia musica Jeremy is a member of the CMU Wind Ensemble, part-time band director working with the Diocese of Pittsburgh, and adjunct faculty at Waynesburg University, teaching woodwinds and chamber ensembles. He is completing a second BFA in Composition at CMU.
