alia musica featured Burkhardt Reiter as Composer in Residence for the 2007–8 Season. Mr. Reiter composed re- for the ensemble, which premiered it in its Fall 2007 Concert Series (the piece is also included in the CD Premiere). Music for 159 keys was given its Pittsburgh premiere in the Winter 2008 Chamber Concert.
